These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and WWI. They govern your registration, deposits, investments, withdrawals and use of every feature of the platform. Please read them carefully — by creating an account or funding a wallet you confirm that you understand and accept them in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the platform.
1Definitions
"Platform" means the WWI website, dashboard and any related interface. "Account" means your registered user profile. "Packages" means the investment products published on our packages page, covering cryptocurrency, real estate, gold, agriculture, oil & gas and renewable energy. "Wallet" means the balance shown in your dashboard. "We", "us" and "our" refer to WWI; "you" and "your" refer to the registered member.
2Who we are & what we do
WWI is a multi-asset investment platform. We manage professionally positions across six markets and give members a single account to fund, track and withdraw from. We provide investment management and reporting; we do not operate as a bank, and balances held with us are not bank deposits. Full descriptions of each package, its term and its published returns are available on the packages page.
3Eligibility & registration
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
- One person may hold only one account. Accounts must not be shared, sold, transferred or rented.
- Residents of jurisdictions where such investment services are prohibited may not use the platform.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4KYC & account verification
We may require identity verification (government-issued ID, proof of address or selfie verification) before processing withdrawals or certain deposits. This protects you against account takeover and satisfies anti-money-laundering obligations. We may suspend withdrawal processing until verification is complete. Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy.
5Your account & security
- You must choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. We will never ask you for your password by phone, email or chat.
- Enable two-factor authentication where offered for an extra layer of protection.
- You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- We may require password confirmation or additional verification for sensitive actions such as changing withdrawal details.
- Full details of the measures we apply to protect accounts are on our Security page.
6Investment packages & returns
- Each package publishes its term, return rate and payout schedule before you commit — the terms shown at the time of your investment are the terms that apply to it.
- Returns credit to your dashboard wallet on the published schedule and remain yours to withdraw or reinvest.
- Past performance and displayed projections are indicative. Investment returns are never guaranteed, and the value of an investment can go down as well as up.
- Package-specific rules, limits and exit conditions are published in full before you deposit.
- We may introduce, amend or withdraw packages; investments already made continue under the terms published at the time they were made.
7Deposits
- Deposits are made from your dashboard using the payment methods displayed there (bank transfer and supported cryptocurrencies).
- For cryptocurrency deposits, always send only the supported coin on the supported network to the exact wallet address and QR code shown on your payment page — coins sent on the wrong network or to a wrong address may be unrecoverable.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may change from time to time.
- Deposits are credited once the required network confirmations or bank clearance are complete.
- Funds must come from a source in your own name. Third-party funding may be rejected or delayed pending verification.
8Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are requested from your dashboard to your registered withdrawal details. We may ask you to confirm your password or complete verification first.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing windows and any limits are shown on the withdrawal page before you submit a request.
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals are sent to the address you provide — check it carefully, as transactions broadcast to the blockchain cannot be reversed.
- We may delay or refuse a withdrawal required by law, by security checks, by an unresolved dispute, or where the request breaches these Terms.
- Network fees on cryptocurrency withdrawals are passed through at cost.
9Referral programme
- Referral (affiliate) commissions are credited according to the commission structure published in your dashboard when the referred member makes a qualifying investment.
- Self-referral, fake accounts, spam, misleading promotion and any form of incentive abuse are forbidden and will result in commission forfeiture.
- Commission rates may be updated; commissions already earned are not affected retroactively.
10Fees & charges
Creating and maintaining an account is free. Any applicable deposit, withdrawal or network fees are shown to you before you confirm a transaction. Blockchain network fees are set by the network, not by us, and may vary with congestion.
11Risk disclosure
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Returns depend on market conditions and the performance of the underlying assets. Cryptocurrency prices are volatile; property, commodity and energy markets carry their own cyclical and operational risks. You should only invest money you can afford to lock up for the term of the package and can afford to lose. Nothing on this platform constitutes a guarantee of profit, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation where such an offer would be unlawful.
12Prohibited activities
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any use of the platform to move illicit funds.
- Use of stolen payment cards or third-party accounts to fund an account.
- Hacking, scraping, reverse engineering, denial-of-service attacks or any attempt to breach our security.
- Operating bots or scripts that manipulate the platform, promotions or referral rules.
- Harassment of our staff or other members, or publishing false statements about the platform.
- Any activity that violates applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
13Privacy & data
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You authorise us to use information relevant to providing our services — including sharing it with service providers, payment processors, banks and authorities where required by law — and to retain it for as long as necessary after your account closes to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
14Suspension & termination
- You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support, provided no withdrawal or investigation is pending.
- We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by law.
- Where we suspend an account we will, except where prohibited by law or by an ongoing investigation, tell you why.
- Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including liability and dispute provisions) survive it.
15Intellectual property
The platform, its design, logos, text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to WWI and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the platform is permitted while your account is active.
16Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Material changes will be notified through the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you disagree, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
17Liability & indemnity
- The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from market movements, blockchain network failures, third-party services or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
- Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- You agree to indemnify WWI against claims arising from your misuse of the platform, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WWI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding you agree to first contact our support team and attempt to resolve the matter amicably within thirty (30) days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise.
19Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to our support team through the contact page or the live chat on any page of the site. We answer membership and legal enquiries daily.
Last updated: these Terms are in force from the date of publication and apply to every account registered on the platform. By investing with WWI you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.
